Our good and relational God created the world,

so our lives find purpose in His presence as His image-bearers.

Because Genesis reveals who God is and why we exist

This makes all of life worship and means we live as stewards of creation.

Genesis 5–6 Discussion

Questions:
  • How is the depth of human sin described in this passage?
  • What emotions do you notice in God’s response to human wickedness?
  • What does Noah’s obedience teach us about living faithfully in a corrupt culture?
  • Where is God calling you to obedience, even when it feels costly?
Practice: Identify one step of obedience God is inviting you into this week. Share it with someone in your group for accountability.

Genesis 4 Discussion

  • Questions:
  • What do Cain and Abel’s offerings reveal about the heart behind worship?
  • How does sin escalate from Genesis 3 into Genesis 4?
  • How do jealousy and comparison still affect our relationships today?
  • What do we learn about God’s justice and mercy through Cain’s story?
Practice: Write down one way you can worship God this week through your work, not just through music or church.
