The theme of this year’s Lent Guide is “Unity with Christ.” We are looking at passage in the New Testament that speak of the ways that we are not alone in our daily life, but that in so many ways God is with us and leading us along the way. Our journey this year is to become more aware of the Holy Spirit in our daily lives and how we are to be a changed people because of Him.

We believe baptism represents a special time in the life of the believer and in the church. Baptism is a sacramental work of the Holy Spirit that is an outward sign of an inward change in the life of a follower of Jesus. In baptism, we identify with the death and resurrection of Jesus. When a person is baptized, they are committing to die to themselves and their sinful desires in order to put on their new life in Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.

We are looking back on 2020, with all of it’s difficulties and challanges with thankfulness. View the annual report in PDF form or pick a printed copy up in person on Sundays.

Join our live stream every Thursday morning at 10am for Church Chat. We will have some pastors from our church community gather to discuss topics and questions sent to us from you, our church family. To submit questions, email questions@theparksa.org
