Thanksgiving Lunch | Nov 28, 1 pm
If you are far from home or looking to meet some new people, we would like to encourage you to join in on a Thanksgiving meal with people from The Park community! Brent Stauffer will be hosting a Thanksgiving meal at his home near St. Mary’s University, and he will be providing the turkey. Guests can provide sides for a family-style meal. Advent at The Park
Advent, a season of anticipation, comes from the Latin word adventus, meaning “coming” or “visit.” It is a sacred time when we prepare our hearts and lives for the coming of Christ. We look back in wonder at His first coming–the birth of our Savior in a humble stable in Bethlehem. We also look forward with hope and longing to his promised second coming, when he will make all things new.
Each week of Advent includes a candle-lighting scripture and prayer that we will share as a congregation on Sundays, along with a devotional and discussion questions, which will be available at the resource table on Sunday mornings in December.

Christmas Singalong | Dec 8, 7-9 pm | Beacon House
Christmas time is here! Join us for our annual Christmas singalong at Beacon House. You’ll get a sentimental feeling when you hear a local jazz band serenading your ears with all those cozy, holiday tunes. This event is from 7-9 PM and is sure to make you feel like everything’s okay.
Jingle Jam | Dec 15, 8:30am
Join in the Joy at Jingle Jam – A Family Christmas Celebration! Be there on Sunday, December 15 at 8:30 AM for a fun-filled morning of interactive games, a live production, and a heartwarming message for all ages.
Blueprint Christmas Gift Delivery | Dec 22
This Christmas, share the joy of presents and presence as we join our missional partner, Blueprint Ministries, to bless 22 of the households they’ve been working with recently. On Dec 22 we will be delivering gifts and visiting with homeowners to bless them with gifts and share Christmas joy. Mental Health Advising and Wellness
We aim to support our congregation and community through companionship, guidance to relevant services, mental health education, a vetted referral list, and, when needed, help with crisis care costs. The goal is to offer love and presence during mental health needs, crises, or ongoing care. Contact Jordan, our mental health advisor
Can we pray with you?
If you have a prayer request you would like us to pray for, we are available for prayer on Sunday morning before, during, and after service. You can contact Des Leiloglou at des@theparksa.org if you would like prayer before or after service. We also have a way for you to submit a prayer request at any time via our Church Form. Prayer requests can be confidential or can be shared with our staff to be prayed over. Submit a prayer request.
