Starting Point
This Sunday stick around after service for Starting Point – an opportunity for us to hear your story and for us to share a little bit of ours. We meet immediately after service in the art room. Starting Point is only about 15 minutes. We hope you will join us, we’d love to meet you!
Dinner Together
This is the last Sunday to sign up for Dinner Together. At The Park we believe that church is family, and having conversation around a dinner table is an expression of that in our community. We invite you to join us for Dinner Together Saturday, February 10th! Previously Family Dinners, Dinner Together will gather individuals, couples, and families with kids for a family style meal. We value our diverse community filled with college students to empty nesters, and we want these dinners to reflect that. Participating in a dinner is easy: you will be paired with a host home with other guests from our church community. Your host home will provide the main dish and guests can contribute sides, dessert or drinks. Dinner groups will consist of roughly 15-20 individuals/kids. Dinners are from 5-7 PM. Lenten Prayers
Lenten Prayers will begin February 18 at 9am and run through March 24. We will conclude at 9:45. Join us in the upstairs art room for guided prayers leading up to Easter Sunday. We will have breakfast tacos and coffee available before we begin. Child care will be available for preschool through elementary age children in the elementary rooms downstairs. One Sunday a Month
One Sunday a month is all we ask of our leaders who serve alongside us at The Park. We value and desire to do Sunday mornings with our community. Through serving and leading our community, we hope that you would be known more, would develop deeper relationships with those you serve alongside, and that your heart would be transformed through the act of service to others. Would you consider serving one Sunday a month in one of the ministries we have at The Park? We would love to talk more with you on areas you could use your giftings in. Recurring monthly donations help us maintain our day to day operations, so if you are not currently a recurring giver and feel led to become one, you can do that here.
Care Ministry
If you are in need of counseling of any sort – mentoring, assistance meeting a need, or prayer – we want to come along side you to assist in these things. To find out more on our Care Ministry you can click here.
Prayer at The Park
If you have a prayer request you would like us to pray for, we are available for prayer on Sunday morning before, during, and after service. You can contact Des Leiloglou at des@theparksa.org if you would like prayer before or after service. We also have a way for you to submit a prayer request at any time via our Church Form. Prayer requests can be confidential or can be shared with our staff to be prayed over. Click here to submit a prayer request.
