Stay and Play
Join us after church this Sunday for a Stay and Play at the playground. We will gather on the 3rd Sunday of every month on the playground for a time to connect with one another.
Baptism and Kid Dedications
Sunday, October 29th we will have a baptism and kid dedication service. If you are interested in kid dedications, or have a child interested in baptism, you can contact Jen Tallon at jen@theparksa.org for more information. School of Theology

Jon Tyson, A Creative Minority: Influencing Culture Through Redemptive Participation
School of Theology is a 5 week class that meets at Beacon House. We will be discussing the book “A Creative Minority: Influencing Culture Through Redemptive Participation” by Jon Tyson & Heather Grizzle. It is a very short read (65 pages), but filled with insight on the dynamic relationship between the church and culture. We will cover a few chapters each week. We will have dinner at 6:30, followed by a short teaching, and round table discussion time afterwards facilitated by a table leader. There is a $25 registration fee that covers dinner each week as well as your book. If child care cost is hindering you from being able to attend, please contact Terri Pease at terri@theparksa.org. Family Ministry Serving
If you’ve been considering serving at The Park, the fall is a perfect time to give it a try! Our church community is growing, especially our Family Ministries! We are in need of 24 volunteers to serve one Sunday a month to help lead kiddos. If you would like to serve in another area, we are looking for leaders to step in and lead alongside us in Connections, Operations, or Media as well. All volunteer positions are easy to learn and require no previous experience. Click here to be contacted with more information on serving in any of these areas through out the fall.
Women’s Night Out
Mark your calendars for a Women’s Night Out on Saturday, October 14th at 5:30pm. We would love you to join us in getting to know other women at The Park! We will have conversation over dinner, then watch a video from author and speaker, Bianca Olthoff. Click here to register to attend.
Women’s Ministry Groups
We have several women’s groups that meet weekly and biweekly as well as monthly women’s events. The next Women’s Night Out is Saturday, October 14 at 5:30 PM. More details to follow. If you’re looking to get to know more women at The Park and participate in any of these groups or events you can contact Nancy Gaines at nancy@theparksa.org.
Men’s Ministry Groups
We have several men’s groups that meet weekly and biweekly. If you’re looking to gather with other men through discipleship and bible study you can contact Nancy Gaines at nancy@theparksa.org for more info.
Care Ministry
If you are in need of counseling of any sort, mentoring, assistance meeting a need, or prayer, we want to come along side you to assist in these things. To find out more on our Care Ministry you can click here.
Prayer at The Park
If you have a prayer request you would like us to pray for, we are available for prayer on Sunday morning before, during, and after service. You can contact Des Leiloglou at des@theparksa.org if you would like prayer before or after service. We also have a way for you to submit a prayer request at any time via our Church Form. Prayer requests can be confidential or can be shared with our staff to be prayed over. Click here to submit a prayer request.
Pre-Service Connection
Every Sunday we have a time of community before service. Starting at 9:30am we have tacos and coffee available in the sanctuary. We hope you will join us to say hello, catch up, or pray before service.
