Upcoming Events and Schedule
- Good Friday Tenebrae Service| April 7th
- Easter Jam, Egg Hunt and Easter Service| April 9th
Easter Sunday is going to be a morning filled with lots of excitement for the whole family! Join us at 8:45 AM for breakfast, then at 9 AM we will kick off Easter Jam! We will have music, games, prizes, and the Easter story. Immediately following the service we will have an egg hunt outside.
Easter Candy/Egg Donations
We are in need of plastic egg and candy donations for our annual egg hunt. We have many families joining us for the first time and we want to make sure we have plenty of fun for all the kids! Donations can be brought to church and given to Christina Isenhower until the week before Easter. We are also in need of people to help stuff eggs. If you would like to help stuff eggs you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are in need of counseling of any sort, mentoring, assistance meeting a need, or prayer, we want to come along side you to assist in these things. To find out more on our Care Ministry you can click here.
Prayer at The Park
If you have a prayer request you would like us to pray for, we are available for prayer on Sunday morning before, during, and after service. You can contact Des Leiloglou at email@example.com if you would like prayer before or after service. We also have a way for you to submit a prayer request at any time via our Church Form. Prayer requests can be confidential or can be shared with our staff to be prayed over. Click here to submit a prayer request.
Lent Guides are available on our website, app, as well as printed copies available on Sundays at The Christian School at Castle Hills and in the public book case at Beacon House.
The Lent Guide includes meditations, prayers, and some practices for us to do together. Some of these practices involve a sacrifice of giving something up. Some of them require us to give blessings to others rather than ourselves.
This focus of practicing the “unforced rhythms of grace” helps us to live in joy and hope in a world that is full of disruption and upheaval. They help prepare us to once again experience the act of receiving new hearts on Easter Sunday morning. We are saved once we accept Jesus, but the celebration of Easter allows us to experience salvation once again.
To view our Lent resources you can click here.
We want this season of Lent to be one where together we are not just meditating on the things of God, but one where we are practicing them together.

Men’s Ministry Groups
Men’s Discipleship Core– This group meets Tuesdays at Tia’s Taco Hut 7-8 am. The group will look at a passage of scripture using Lectio Divina.
Monthly Men’s Fellowship– This group meets the last Friday of the month, 8-10 PM for fellowship and prayer.
Spirited– This is a group of people sitting around a table, talking about issues of faith and philosophy, ethics and ideas. It is a safe space, where people can be honest and open about topics of faith, ask any questions, and at the end of the night, know that it’s perfectly fine if we disagree with one another. Group meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month, 7:30-9:30 PM.
Every Sunday we have a time of community before service. Starting at 9:30am we have tacos and coffee available in the sanctuary. We hope you will join us to say hello, catch up, or pray before service.
