Foster/Adopt Ministry Need

South Texas Alliance for Orphans has reached out The Park’s Foster Adopt Ministry to see if our church could help meet a need. Bed frames have been built for children who are currently in the family based and investigative units of CPS. There are 15 beds built and they are looking for volunteers to deliver and assemble the beds. It would require 2-3 people and a truck, plus a few hours of time. As more beds are built, more volunteer opportunities will become available. If you’re interested in helping deliver or assisting in assembling beds you can contact Cadence Corbin at Cadencecorbin2@gmail.com. If you’re interested in serving alongside the Foster/Adopt Ministry through the many options they have you can fill out a form by clicking here.

Volunteer With Us

One of the best ways to meet others in our church community is through serving once a month. You will serve alongside the same team of people each time you serve. The Park is in great need of people to help serve alongside us on Sunday mornings. We would love to have you join us. We have multiple volunteer teams which allow you to serve before service, during and after. If you would like to hear more about our volunteer opportunities you can click here and we will contact you with more information.

Neighborhood Parish Meals

The Park has six neighborhood parishes around San Antonio which meet on the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month. We call our faith communities parishes because we desire them to be deeply rooted, faithfully present and Spirit led people who are committed to living on mission in a specific neighborhood. In other words, the name parish implies that we are accepting spiritual responsibility for our neighborhoods by seeking to join God in His renewal of the communities in which we live, work and worship in. If you need help getting get connected to a parish for our 1st and 3rd week gatherings you can click here.

Baptism

If you are interested in baptism we would love to talk more with you. For more information on baptism you can click here and a parish pastor will contact you.
