Good morning!

I hope you have had a great week. This past Sunday we began a series called Because of Your Love. It’s an in depth look at several biblical accounts around the time of the crucifixion of people who were changed by the love of God. We looked at the cross this past week and Jesus’ interaction with the thief who was crucified next to him. We see Jesus offer Hope to this convicted criminal who had cried out to him. This same offer of hope, a confident expectation of relationship, continues today to all who will humbly surrender their lives to Christ. Jesus is truly our hope.

This Sunday we will turn our attention to Joy. We have chosen some scripture for each day of the week for us as a community to read together during this series. We hope you have been able to track along this week. Today’s scripture is Matthew 28:1-8. Read it this weekend and come ready to dive in on Sunday.

Don’t forget! We are partnering with Christian Assistance Ministry (CAM) during Lent to provide men’s jeans/pants and men’s shoes to those in need. They can be new or lightly used. CAM has expressed that these items are a big need right now. So, bring your donations to the Park over the next 3 Sundays leading up to Easter and we will make sure they get where they need to go. Thank you in advance for your giving!  For more about CAM go to www.christianassistanceministry.org

We look forward to seeing you on Sunday!

Chris
