Isaiah 42 {The Lord’s Chosen Servant}

“For the LORD is good;
his steadfast love endures forever,
and his faithfulness to all generations.” ~ Psalm 100:5
We hear people say all the time, “God is good”. If we are honest, we may admit that we say that without thinking of the real, deep, and powerful truth that is contained in that statement. God can do whatever he pleases. If He would like to make something, hide something, destroy something…well, He can.
It is overwhelming to realize that the God who can do anything has love for people. Actually, He is Love. And He knows that the best thing for us is Himself. This is good. The best gift any of us could every receive has been given in a relationship with Jesus. Yes, God is good because He is good.
